At Seeing With Stars, I take pride in offering meaningful astrology consultations, personalised reports, and thoughtfully curated events. I aim to provide a supportive and enriching experience for all our clients. However, due to the nature of my services, I am generally unable to offer refunds. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.

Refunds – When They May Be Offered

We may consider a refund or rescheduling in the following cases:

  • Consultation cancelled by us: If we cancel your session or event unexpectedly and cannot offer an alternative time, a full refund will be issued.
  • Major issue with a report: If your astrology report contains significant factual errors (e.g., incorrect birth data was used due to our mistake), we will correct it or offer a replacement.
  • Event cancellation: If a high tea or in-person event is cancelled by us and you. are unable to attend a rescheduled date, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds – When They Are Not Available

  • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after booking a consultation, report, or event ticket.
  • Incorrect information provided by client: Please ensure your birth data and contact details are accurate when booking. We cannot refund consultations or reports based on incorrect details supplied by you.
  • Missed appointments: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund, though we may offer to reschedule at our discretion.
  • Non-attendance at events: Refunds are not provided if you are unable to attend an event you have booked.

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we. Will do our best to find a new time that suits you.

Australia: We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will offer a remedy where services fail to meet acceptable quality or match the description provided.

United States
Under U.S. law, businesses are required to clearly communicate their return and refund policies prior to purchase. This policy meets that requirement. We are not legally required to offer refunds unless the service was not delivered as promised or was misrepresented.

Other Countries
